(Day 22 of NaBloPoMo)
Yep, that is what Rod requests every year for his birthday. He is a 10 year old boy living in a 35 year old man's body.
So, here is how I make the cake...
Step 1:Make rice krispy treats as directed. I usually microwave them.
Step 2: Poor rice krispy treat mix into 2 8 inch/9 inch pans. Use wax paper, or foil sprayed with cooking spray (so it won't stick) and flatten out the "cakes".
Step 3: After cooling, layer the two "cakes" with frosting in between, so they won't slide around.
Step 4: Frost & Decorate.
Don't ask how many carbs are in this, I have NO clue! Luckily for me, The Superhero did NOT eat a whole lot of it, and was running around like crazy. So if I was off on the guess, it did not matter this time.
Step 5: ENJOY!

I have never ever heard of a rice crispy cake Tracy. I think that is cute that he is a 10 year old trapped in a 35 year old man's body!!! I bet Bridget and Joe would love this. Your recipe will be loved more than what Joe want's me to post today...LOL
Sounds Yummy! ;) I love rice krispie treats but I'm not so sure about a cake!
As a fellow 10 year old trapped in a 34 year olds body, I say thank you. Insulin will be working overtime, but it will be so worth it!
Fun! I must make a Rice Krispie cake at some point. I might just make it soon, because I have all the ingredients on hand. My family will LOVE it!
I think that looks so dang good - I may make one this weekend! YUMM-O!!
